Article Publisher gives you three levels of access. The account you sign in with will determine what you can do.

Administrator has full control of the entire system: add/remove articles and categories, administer users, and modify the program options.

Editor can write articles and approve/modify articles written by other users.

Writer can add or modify their own articles, but their articles won't be published until they're approved by an editor or administrator.
